Meet Zachary

Like many Americans, I work a traditional 9 to 5, but mine happens to be in corporate accounting. Over the past five years, I have worked deep in the numbers, supporting organizations with more than 30 million dollars in annual revenue through audit readiness, compliance requirements, and complex financial reporting.

Today, my role includes executive level financial responsibility, partnering directly with ownership and senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial decision-making. That experience translates into disciplined books, clean documentation, and fewer surprises — the same standards I bring to small businesses.

I have worked in demanding corporate environments, including BNY Mellon, one of the largest financial institutions in the world, where accuracy, timeliness, and accountability are non-negotiable. From high-pressure deadlines to resolving complex financial discrepancies, my background is rooted in doing things the right way, even when it is not the easy way.

I am now bringing that experience back home to support local small businesses after hours, on your terms. I understand that most business owners do not have time during the workday to focus on bookkeeping or financial cleanup. That is why I offer evening and weekend availability, providing reliable accounting support without disrupting your normal operations.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, completed my MBA in August 2025, and am a Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB). I am also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, combining formal certification with practical, real-world accounting experience.
